By swiping left on the screen, you can view real-time physiological data during your relaxation session, including blood oxygen level, pulse wave, relaxation index, respiratory rate, and perfusion index.

You can choose to mute the programmed sound and use your own music or relaxing tunes.

We recommend taking a reading every morning to successfully view and compare your progress via charts and graphs. Filter results by day, week, month, and year.
